Well, I like all things laid back and in my leisure time I like to relax, cook, read, movies, museums, wineries, beaches, music, eat in or out. As for music, I have varied tastes, but mostly old rock and Jazz especially The Who, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Dave Mason, Miles Davis, Eric Clapton,Spyro Gyra, Duke Ellington, Janis Joplin, etc.
A trip or two, or three or four...lol...to NYC from time to time is always fun too. Nothing beats the tempo of Manhattan.
I'm from Whitestone, Queens, NY. Lived there most of my life with the exception of 2 tours of service with the Army. I have 2 sisters, I was born the middle man. My dad is Polish, my mom was Italian. Whenever us kids got into trouble at home, my sisters were sent to their room I was sent to the kitchen. So, Italian cuisine bled off on me and is my favorite food to prepare.
