I lead a simple life. I have less things than I ever have and make less money, as well. Yet I am happier than ever. None of those things made me happy. Then I learned my happiness comes from the inside, not the outside. It blew my mind!! I get to decide whether or not I’m happy. I now focus on being grateful for what I have instead of yearning for more. I have become a spiritual person (not religious) who loves to meditate. I’m even considering yoga. lol!! I have kinda become obsessed with self these days and it is really paying off.
