Hi, I'm Danny. I'm 63, born in Michigan (left at 17) but lived the majority of my life in California (Santa Barbara area). I worked in mechanical engineering for 32 years and am retired now, I call it retired anyway, I'm actually on SSDI. I have a few health problems that slow me down, but not out... I can still do pretty much everything I used to, just a lot slower and with frequent breaks, lol. I've been married and divorced 3 times and have 5 children, 3 boys 2 girls... and a passel of grand kids. At present I live in Florida, but I'll be moving back to CA soon... I think, lol. I love the outdoors and all the wonders of nature. I love gardening and landscaping, watching things grow and flourish rejuvenates my soul. I'm a bit of an old hippie, I like my 420... (passes to the left). I'm compassionate, kind, empathetic (to a fault), honest, trustworthy and loyal (I fetch too). I'm a big kid at heart and love to joke and laugh, I seldom take things too seriously. But on a serious note... I'm on this site to find friends, for starters, and see how that goes.
