An overnighter, maybe sharing the night together after traveling out of town somewhere in a nice motel room, and after deciding what to do together, go have a nice breakfast, and take off for the day, all day, doing whatever you like, and then retiring back at the motel later, and then after a long, loving evening together again, get our things together, load up the car, have breakfast, and enjoy the trip back to town.

Going somewhere spontaneous, without some kind of iternary, and just doing whatever sounds good when you get there...I've done that in the past, and it can be great fun! No real time schedules to fulfill, just doing what you feel like with the time that you have together..
